According to dictionary a word to word meaning of well being is fitness of body or mind and freedom from illness or ailment. It can be body fitness, mental fitness. According to Planet Health Organisation (WHO), well being is physical, mental and social nicely-getting and not only the absence of disease. I agree in my point of view, along with body and mind fitness an acceptable environmental fitness is also a crucial part of health.
