I hear you there Habee. Final week i was told that my file was sent for fed assessment. Monday i called to confirm and i was sent to the dds center. the case worker told me that she was waiting for my updated med records. I stated that i submitted them upon reconcideration and that it was 367 pages for the final 6 months. she stated all she received was 15 pages of the narsum for my meb board for health-related retirement. so i spent 3hrs final night faxing them straight to her. Now i was unable to get them to her prior to 4pm when they had been closed. I completed the fax about 730pm and she named me at 745 confiming receipt. Hope thats a good sign. I gave up hoping but it has weird way of playing out. Thank you guys for all your support.
