What Are Healthy Teas?

The most commonly consumed fluid worldwide is water. But coming right after is tea. Teas are drank cold, warm, hot, modest, with elegance and with or without sugar. Despite the many types of tea available, there exist for any occasion or taste the right tea. What kind of tea do you like best – strong or weak, rather sweet or bitter, black, green, or fruits and berries tea, or perhaps even a Chinese tea?

Teas in general have a stimulating, soothing and calming effect on people. What effect is triggered depends on the type of tea used and the preparation of tea. Green Tea

From the leaves of the plant the green tea is made, the same plant as black tea, green tea is only produced different, more gentle, so that the valuable healthy and survive for healing ingredients are preserved. Green tea is one of the 10 best drinks for losing weight and promoting overall health.

Black Tea

Black tea (in China called also Red Tea), described a type of tea production. The used leaves come from the tea plant. Black tea is different from green tea only in manufacture, formulation, ingredients and effect. Most of the black teas rather taste a little bitter, because of lost certain substances during the production. Black tea is produced by fermentation after becomes wilt and acquires only its dark leaves and infusion color. For flavor and aroma of black teas, this process is crucial.

The British regularly drink black or green tea. Even the Asian countries like China and Japan regularly drink lots of tea.

Tips for healthy tea

To receive the full benefit from a tea, certain things while the preparation have to be taken. These are:

  • The tea pot with hot water first flush out
  • For black tea bring water to boil
  • For green tea warming water only up to about 70ï,°C
  • Give the right amount of black or green tea into the pot and pour the water
  • Depending on the desired taste to draw the tea 2 to 5 minutes. When the tea is getting longer drawn, it becomes soothing and the tea is rather bitter.
  • If someone is using tea bags, then these should not be squeezed, as this just increase the bitter in the tea and not create additional tea taste.
