Month: August 2019

One of the prime areas which most fail to see as a major contributor to the state of human health, is the clandestine way in which food producers, the medical and pharmaceutical industry and government, are collaborating in the process of slow, but highly successful, annihilation of the human species… all in the quest for control of you and your health and big profits.

Since the invention of pharmaceuticals for instance we have seen more deaths occur through their use than for the very reason they were originally designed – to heal. In the US alone more than 100,000 people die each year after following the dosage requirements on pharmaceutical packets.

We see a thriving sickness industry worth tens of billions of dollars. This industry has a vested interest in ensuring YOU remain ill or at least fearful of impending chronic illness. Governments make money from the very drugs and vaccines companies peddle to the medical profession and pharmacists. Did you know that hospital services, doctors and nurses, specialists, supply and service companies, medical equipment, emergency services – tens of thousands of people would become instantly unemployed and redundant if in an instant there were no sickness in this world?

Pharmaceutical companies would disappear  would cease to function. This is how they are profiting from you and in most cases your avoidable illness. The size of this industry is massive.

I hear of cases each week where people take their health and healing into their own hands and make the mistake of sharing their ‘remedy’ with their doctor only to be judged and belittled and in some cases even openly humiliated by the medics. Frequently, people tell me they have healed themselves of chronic and debilitating conditions. People share anecdotally with me how they changed their diets and began using food truly as ‘thy medicine’.

Heal Thy Self = Heal-Thy = Healthy.

Can you see that just in the word – HEALTHY there is a powerful mantra. Repeat after me. ‘ I am healthy. I am healthy.’ The energy of the word is astounding and from a personal perspective this was indeed my mantra for many years.

The non-recognition and benign intolerance of natural remedies especially by the US FDA and Australia’s TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration), is frightening. So too the acceptance of acts surrounding the use of certain herbs as contributing to ‘good health’ is frightening. The power these organisations have in controlling the health and wellbeing of the population is frightening and our governments let them get away with nothing short of ‘blue murder’.

So what can you do to stop this from happening. Make choices, make choices based on a raw live food diet and take responsibility to eat yourself well.… Read More

Do you feel disconnected, confused, alone and disorganized? Do you feel unloved, afraid and unappreciated? Now is the time to get in touch with your best self and with your family. Get rid of the stuff that makes you feel disorganized, disturbed or disconnected. Take a one week challenge to strip down of all that clutters your life and get the connection back. Rules to clearing the clutter and reclaiming your life:

No communication through cell phones, Skype or any other electronic way for the duration of your challenge

  • No watching Television, or use of the computer, iPods or any other electronic gadgets.
  • Sit down for meals together with your family
  • Tell at least one member of your family how much you appreciate and love them.
  • Do an activity as a family together
  • Set aside time to do all your laundry and clean out the garage.

Sorting out the mess in your house together can elevate the tension and stress that exists. You also get to spend quality time together as a family. Preparing healthy meals and sitting down to eat together enables your family to reconnect as well.

People mistakenly think that feeling their time with emails, Facebook, Twitter and texting is connecting yet it is completely the opposite. I put myself in this category as well. Lately, I have found myself always texting, “Facebooking” and “tweetering” a lot and I challenged myself to follow the rules of de-cluttering and reconnecting with my family. We have to strip ourselves of the superficial in order to get back in touch with our inner selves and our families. In the end you will realize how much simpler and beautiful life can be. You will be able to communicate that much easier with your spouse and your children because you will be present and aware of their feelings and fears.

Break down the walls of fear, resentment and guilt that exist because that is really what causes the disconnection and all the cluttered stuff are just symptoms of the problem. The clutter reflects all that is truly going on inside of us. Once the busy body behavior gets slowed down, your family will feel more nourished not only physically but spiritually and mentally as well. By shifting the focus away from tv, phones, and all the electronics gadgets, you get more honest and more aware of your surroundings and you discover your best self.

As a couple, plan at least one date night once a month. This is better than one week vacation at the end of the year because it keeps you reconnected.

As a family plan a road trip together to stay connected and remember to adhere to the already established rules. No cellphones or other electronic gadgets. Carry books, paper, puzzles and crayons to color for the young ones instead. If funds are an issue, and they always are for most of us, then take an afternoon off at the park or go visit the arboretum. Learn to … Read More

Recently I went to an aesthetic clinic in Orchard to have a scar treated. When I was just a little kid, I was very curious, and would often try to climb on trees. There was one particular tree in our yard that was very big, but I wanted to climb it anyway. My parents told me now to climb it, because they were afraid that I would fall and injure myself, but I didn’t listen. I climbed the tree one afternoon, and one of the branches snapped. I fell down and scraped my leg on the fallen branch. I cried loudly and when my parents heard me, they ran outside and rushed me to the hospital.

I had to have stitches in my leg because of that fall, and my parents punished me for disobeying them.… Read More
